Other training methods 

  Beginner - This is a typical beginner routine. This routine is to be done 3 times per week MONDAY-WEDNSDAY-FRIDAY. It can be used by Male and Female.  

  Intermediate - This is a typical intermediate routine. Each body part is to be worked 2 times per week, MONDAY- TUESDAY / THURSDAY-FRIDAY. It can be used by Male and Female. 

  Advanced - Once you have a solid foundation you can begin using some advanced training principles. The main ingredient for becoming an advanced hardcore bodybuilder is intensity. This is when bodybuilding gets really fun!
