How to do wrist curls
Strengthening
your wrist is important. Also, plays a
major role in developing impressive forearms.
Here
is how you would perform this exercise.
1.
Lean forward.
2.
Place your forearms on your thighs.
The dumbbell should be held in a position past
your knees with your palm up.
3.
Allow your wrist to bend as far back as you
comfortably can.
4.
Slowly bend your wrist up as far as you
can; return to the initial starting position.

the movements rapidly in either direction.

-Keep
your abdomen tight and your back erect.
